Houston, led by veteran Brian Ching, brings a team-first attitude backed up by a stingy defense and a run of two months without a loss. L.A. brings glamour players, an explosive offense, and the Supporters Shield for their efforts. Only one will win the MLS Championship.

Show our support for MLS in Minnesota by coming to Brits for the MLS Cup Watch Party hosted by the Sanneh Foundation. Whether it’s the competition between two styles of play, good beverages, supporting your team (or hating on a particular player), or just taking the opportunity to support the Foundation with like-minded fans: the MLS Cup watch party has it covered. Don’t forget to join on Facebook to help with planning and to link with other events!

The following Internationals are scheduled to play:

USMNT: Donovan (LA); Ching (Houston) Omar Gonzalez (at least he should be)

World: Keane (Ireland & LA), Beckham (England & LA), Ricketts (Jamaica & LA), Jermaine Taylor (Jamaica & Houston), Je-Vaughn Watson (Jamaica & Houston), Birchall (Trinidad and Tobago & LA)

If you can’t pick someone to support from that you’re not trying. Take Mr. Beckham for example. If Becks and his marketing people give you hives, watch and see if he misses out on the Cup is what could be his last attempt. If you love his Posh style, watch him demonstrate his technical skills and body art in a media love fest. If you like beer, hang out and drink. If you’re from the Midwest, you should be inside getting warm by the glow of the TV. If you’re from a soccer-loving country, you should be showing us how it’s done. There are no excuses.
